Alumni opportunities

We have opportunities for alumni at all stages of their careers to support and interact with the department. Whether it’s giving a guest lecture, sponsoring a capstone project, or participating in a networking event, alumni enrich department life and add value to the student experience.

Get involved and stay connected

Share your career experience

Our "Exploring ChemE Careers" course helps current and prospective students explore the wide array of options for ChemE’s in industry. The course runs January through March and includes virtual, faculty-moderated alumni panels.

Sponsor a capstone project

These projects provide meaningful hands-on experiences for our students and valuable opportunities for our industry partners. Learn more and propose a project.

Share job opportunities and participate in info sessions

Are you looking for your next great hire and want to connect with UW ChemE students? Do you want to help students better understand what your company does? We can share job and internship information with students, or coordinate an info session. Contact our Academic Services Director Dave Drischell to get started.

Be featured on our website

We'd love to share your ChemE story with past, present, and future chemical engineers through an Alumni Profile! If you're interested, please fill out this form.
